H. C., My name is Dominick Trujillo. I've been the owner of Super Express Lube since May 1, 2016, and before that, I was an employee of the company since the age of thirteen. I state these facts because I want you to know that I've been present at this location for numerous years. I fully understand your irritation with having excessive noise in your community. I would find it unacceptable to have to deal with this problem at my own home too. However, since the initial review about excessive noise coming from Super Express Lube (which was written 3 weeks ago), I've taken every measure possible to ensure that no music or excessive noise comes from the vicinity of my business. Music has never played inside the workplace since the four years I've been the owner. Noise coming from employee's vehicles was promptly corrected after the initial review about noise was posted. I'm unsure if you're aware of this, but we DO NOT have any association with the Cool Springs Car Wash next door. I state this because this self-serve car wash is exceedingly noise due to the business's customers playing music from their vehicles while washing their cars. It happens nearly every day as this car-wash is open 24/7. I have forwarded each complaint to the owner of the car wash, so he is aware of the noise issues. I please ask that you strongly reconsider this review and asking others to write negative reviews about my company. Every team member of my company and I truly cares about your community and any community in Franklin. Since I've worked here at the age of 13, I've made it my mission to ensure everyone, customer or not, is served respectfully and honestly by Super Express Lube and it's team members. K Car, My name is Dominick Trujillo, and I'm the owner of Super Express Lube. Firstly, I want to apologize for any nuisance we've caused you or the Andover community. I understand your frustration and would feel the same way myself. We have a company policy that strictly prohibits music in the workplace for safety reasons. I assure you since I've been the owner for the past four years, no music has been played inside the business. Since an initial review about noise was posted 3 weeks ago, I have instructed each employee to keep the music quiet in their vehicles when arriving and leaving their shifts. I also want it to be clear that we have no association with Cool Springs Car Wash next door. I'm stating this because the car wash is extremely noisy during all hours of the day and even into the night. I don't want our business to be mistaken for having any association with the noise that the car wash produces. I have also forwarded this review to the owner of the car wash to ensure he is aware of your complaint. Please know that we genuinely care about every Franklin community and especially neighboring communities like yours. We couldn't be in business without them, and we work very hard to ensure that we serve all communities well.
