Everyone of their employees are top notch, professional, courteous and friendly. They explain what they are doing, ask relevant questions, etc. They are getting my business going forward.

I come here all the time to get my oil changed and every time, the employees are always so friendly and helpful. They service my car in no time at all and the price is always reasonable.

Can't say enough amazing things about this place and the folks that work here! I moved to the area from out of state recently and needed my brakes checked about a month ago. They were transparent with the price and replaced my rear brakes in no time. Didn't try to sell me on doing my front, they knew I didn't need it. I also came back more recently, today, as I needed to send my NYS license plates back. I could NOT get one of the plates off on my own, power drill, wrenches, nothing was working. I pulled right in and they spent way more time than necessary trying to help me. They eventually got it off and didn't charge me a dime! This place has amazing staff, I recommend VERY highly. :)

What can I say other than these guys are quick, thorough and provide outstanding customer service?? They made recommendations based on mileage but were not at all trying to up-sell me. Today was my first visit and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I've been going here for a couple years now and I came home today and thought - I HAVE TO write these guys a review. Always fantastic customer service - and I always get seen right away. They were wearing their masks and practicing distancing - being respectful...I literally felt like I took my car to the spa...would like your doors oiled and windshield washed while you wait? Yes thank you. Can I reset your oil dashboard thingy (they used the correct word)...yes thank you. It was like luxury treatment for an oil change. I just love this place - I trust them to do a great job...and they always do.

Great Service and usually no lines.

This was my first time using Super Express Lube in Franklin and I was blown away. They were very kind and professional. They were very thorough they made some suggestion (air filters and a tag bulb) but didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra. I will only be using Super Express Lube for oil changes moving forward. Update: I was so impressed with my first trip to Super Lube Express that I took my wife’s car today. Everything was perfect just like before.
