Super Express Lube is the place I take all our cars to get the oil changed, they define customer service! Actually oil change is not accurate because they add in window cleaning, tire pressure check, door hinge greasing, head and tail light checks, air filter checks, wiper blade checks... all in one visit. I rest easy knowing my family cars get checked twice a year by the team at Super Express Lube.

Today was our second visit to this location and it's amazing how great and friendly they are here. It's super low pressure when they're giving you options and they make it feel more like you're visiting friends that happen to work at an oil change place than any other oil change location I've been to. I'm so glad we found our go to spot to take the car.

Starting life over with a move is so stinkin' hard (yes, it's been months but I'm still recovering), especially when you're a creature of habit and loyal to your favorite establishments. Engaging with every new business feels risky right now, and when it involves my car, I don't mess around! Let's just say my experience here felt too good to be true. I keep replaying the tape over in my head like, "Wait, that was real?!" Yes, dreams do come true. And yes I know, this review is just for an oil change. The manager Silas-engaging, upper tech Runne-genuine & informative, lower tech David, well he was below but he deserves a shout out too cause Super Express Lube employs the best of the best. This is anything but ordinary service; morale was high and you can tell it's authentic, and if it's not, well they hired the best damn actors!

Let me start by saying: THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO FOR AFFORDABLE HELP WITH YOUR CAR. My 2010 Hyundai Tucson's malfunction indicator light came on for the first time after 9 years and about 55,000 miles. I was panicked, imagining a number of scenarios. Was my engine about to fail? Had my catalytic converter been stolen? Couldn't any number of expensive car-related tragedies be tied to one little light? My first thought was to call the dealership and I did. Not only was I told that it would cost $115 for the diagnostic, but they had no available appointments until about two weeks from now. Remembering that my husband had previously gotten an excellent (and quick) oil change here, I called them to ask if they would be able to do a diagnostic. Yes, they could and for less than $21 with tax to boot! An hour later, we were at the place and several things happened: 1) We got a speedy oil change: 2) We got new windshield wipers, which were sorely need and less than $20 bucks a piece WITH installation; and 3) The problem was diagnosed as (a very small leak) and the mechanics gave us a very clear explanation of what could cause it and the cheapest things that could be tried to fix it before spending significant money. On top of that they addressed a loose hose at no charge, which may have fixed the problem that led to the light in the first place! Long story short: these guys are fantastic! They are kind, honest, and helpful, and any time I need ANYTHING done on my car, you better believe I will be calling them first!
