"Above and beyond" are the words I’d use to describe the service and people I met at Super Express Lube. Before visiting their shop, I had taken my Jeep to several dealerships and local shops in Nashville and Franklin. But none of them were able to figure out what was wrong with my car. Super Express Lube, on the other hand, was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of days. I don't know much about cars, but Dominick (who took care of me and my car) explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that I was able to understand what was wrong with my car pretty quickly. The level of attention and care towards their work and customers is beyond amazing, and you can see it reflected every step of the way. If I could confidently recommend an oil change and car repair shop to anybody, I’d recommend Super Express Lube. They stepped up in ways dealerships and other shops didn’t and I’ll always be grateful to Super Express Lube for that.
