After an unprofessional, disappointing, and strange interaction with Valvoline on Rand Place, I found Super Express Lube for oil change on my way to my business. Since I had a bad experience minutes prior with Valvoline on Rand Place, it was easy to evaluate my experience. When I pulled up, there was a vehicle in the service bay. But I was promptly acknowledged. A young gentleman walked to my vehicle and greeted me with enthusiasm and smile. I was bit brief and told him I needed oil changed in the pickup. They asked me about my preference for conventional or synthetic, no pressure inquiry. One of the technician asked me if it was okay for him to open the car doors and apply lubricant. I told him it was okay. They cleaned all the windows on my vehicle. They had my air filter popped open, windshield wipers propped up, they had all the fluid lids open and I see a young lady appraoch me - my first thought here we go, its time to fight pushy sales team. The young lady came to me and asked me if she can give me updates. Here I am ready to shut her down! BUT, she proceeds to tell me that the filter is in good shape and does not need a change. Wipers looks good and does not need change. All the fluids looked clean and in good shape. All the light bulbs were functioning and no issues. They changed the oil filter, replaced synthetic oil, and showed me the oil level after the service. I thought how vastly different my experience was between each businesses which are just a mike apart. I was pleasantly surpirsed with their hospitality and their integrity. This was one of the most pleasant exprience I have ever had with a service center. I believe the business is locally owned and their presentation was genuinely sincere. When I paid, I was looking for a line to tip this great team. I highly recommend Super Lube Service. Truly a SEVEN STAR experience. I wished I had noted the names of the young man and lady to serviced my vehicle. They deserve to be recognized for their great customer experience.
